This client called into the showroom and was firstly put at ease by Rob and listened to.  She had been over sold and felt pressured in other showrooms to the degree that she was ready to go home and forget about purchasing a kitchen. Rob arranged for us to call and site visit and Emma called a few days later and spent a good 1.5 hours at their home again listening to what they didn't like about their kitchen and what they wanted to improve.

Back in the showroom over the next couple of days the problems were solved in the design and when they visited us for their consultation we showed them our thoughts and where the improvements were made and ticked all the boxes.

Kyle Griffiths was called upon to carry out the kitchen renovation and met with the client and they then felt comfortable after getting all their costs to order.

We had a few changes on the colour choices as initially the sage green was what they like but after taking a sample door home they felt it still maybe too dark for their space. Chalk white was then decided on and the worktop Athens was a perfect choice.  We suggested the splashbacks full height under the wall units instead of tiles and the additional cost was very reasonable as it was material left over in the slabs that were being purchased for their kitchen.

We are thrilled with the finished design which includes the wish list of recycle bins, somewhere for the the towels, easier access for large appliances like the Ninja and slow cooker.
