EKO timber drawers with Misterio Quartz worktops.

This client came as a referral from a client we installed and kitchen for over five years ago whom has also referred other friends so they knew they were in safe hands.  A certain apprehension on how much the kitchen was going to cost as they had a budget they wanted to spend and were hopeful that we would be able to get their wish list under the figure they had in mind. 

The client had a previously visited the showroom before they enlisted a builder for their extension so they could judge the quality and customer service and were impressed with the BORA hob especially as they didn't favour a cooker hood  or want wall units so this was the perfect appliance.  After their second visit which we booked as s consultation we had installed the newest BORA ROUGH model and they  much preferred this matt finish to the glossy glass version. We priced the cabinets in the premium metal drawers with glass sides on pan drawers and gave them an option to upgrade to the EKO timber drawers which they felt was worth the extra and they we thrilled it fitted under their initial budget.

The indigo colour was the firm favourite and we advised keeping the worktop light to ensure that the kitchen dint look too dark.  We recommended the lighting above the tall larders to avoid a shadow and demonstrated the ZUMA speaker/lighting which excited them especially as it could connect to their Alexa.

Andy Bowen installed the kitchen and they were very happy with his work ethic and so pleased as well with the small unit we created for the toilet are to house their washer and dryer.

It was great to catch up with them today and learn how they have been using their kitchen and entertaining their friends and family.  The kitchen design has given them everything they wanted and they feel it definitely feels like part of them and their home.  They have seen so many kitchens that looked too modern that would have been cold and not very inviting.

Their favourite time of day is opening their patio doors in the evening and sitting in their snug area with a glass of wine, tunes pumping from their Zuma speakers and the ambient lighting above the larders the only lights on.  We are going to book to go back and enjoy that with them if we can!!
