This client came on a recommendation, as we had done their friend's kitchen. An extension had been added a number of years before to allow a dining table to be put into the kitchen. Large appliances, including the range cooker and the USA fridge freezer, meant little worktop space, and the dark floor, wall tiles, and worktops made the area look so small.
We created a design for them to have a tall integrated fridge and freezer with two single ovens and an induction hob. The Quooker tap was another great recommendation to get the kettle off the worktop. A new cabinet was created to house the boiler, and the Linear handleless style made it all neat and streamlined.
The colours of Clay and Harbour were chosen with the copper trim. Silestone quartz worktops in Siberian Frost were paired with the undermounted sink and upstands.
Stuart Abraham was the fitter, and the client went away on holiday so he could carry out the works. Flooring, plastering, electrics, and plumbing were all completed.
After everything was installed, we enlisted the expertise of The Glassmiths Wales to install the mirrored copper splashback.
