You can follow the progress on Instagram of this project with Lily and Luke as they build their dream home.
@ynythome (The Nest) created by Scully Property Group is a sensational detached property and we are so happy to have helped Luke and Lily with the design.
Our first visit we just clicked with us understanding their ideas and colourways. We created a stunning design for the kitchen which included a pantry unit for their kettle, toaster and appliances. The oven housing had two electric multifunction ovens and a microwave in a base unit in the island as they don't use this appliance all of the time. The handles were chosen and we found a matching tap with the knurled gold in a tap by Caple which was perfect.
Taj Mahal worktops by Unistone were installed with waterfall gabled ends on the island by Prostone.
The BORA hob on the island is ducted out and really effective with the room being open plan.
Lastly we designed their utility room so that they could hide the air source heat pump in the cabinets and the wish list was a washer and dryer stacked with a shelf underneath for laundry baskets. The utility room is bigger than some of our clients kitchens and they really do appreciate all the space they have especially wanting to start a family in the future.
Congratulations were sent to them when they announced their engagement not long after moving into the property and we look forward to seeing all the updates as they continue to add their touches to not only the inside but also the garden and patio area.
